How to use Flash Drives for Business | USB Memory Direct

I am a professional speaker and author and in the past used to burn CD’s to hand out to delegates.
It was fairly cheap and worked well, but the challenge now is that no-one has CD players anymore and most new computers come without them.
This posed a challenge for me and I found the solution in customizable flash drives. The size I like best is the 2 GB and once I started handing them out to delegates they were blown away.
The advantages are the size (I have video, audio and the PDF presentation of my talk) and also that they work with PCs and MACs
One massive advantage is that they are brandable and people do not throw them away, rather download the material and then keep the flash drive for their own use. For my customers this is great as I am always in front of them. On the front I have my photo (you can have your company logo or product)

And at the back I have all my contact details

The challenge was to find someone reliable that could produce quality at an affordable cost. After trying a few companies, I now only use USB Memory Direct as they always deliver on time and really importantly, answer my emails immediately.

So many of my clients ask where they can get them made and I now always refer USB Memory Direct.

Local Gyms in Hemel Hempstead

As an International speaker on health & fitness, I thought that I would investigate some of the local gyms in Hemel Hempstead.
As I was going to speak at the Anytime Fitness conference, I thought that I would start there.
I was incredibly impressed by the manager, size and equipment of the gym and the layout. Two things that really impressed me as an international speaker were that I would have access to thousands of their gyms around the world (I travel 80% of my time as a speaker) and that I would have access 24 hours a day.
Often I land in a new country and jetlag has me awake at 4am and it is always impossible to find a gym open at that time. Combined with all this, the price is so reasonable.
I love some of the ideas they have at Hemel Hempstead, free fruit Fridays, member of the month and so much recognition…

Often you will find a personal trainer that will tell you how to lose weight, build muscle and get fit when they really have not had to do it themselves, especially the losing weight.
Adam, the personal trainer at Hemel has lost 6 stone (84 pounds) so is living proof and has been through the pain of changing diet, discipline and changing lifestyle. He has been featured in the local newspapers and really one of the nicest people I have met, take a look…

When I was recently presenting in Australia, I was walking to the venue in North Sydney and was fascinated by someone who was doing some great tricks with the Anytime Fitness board. I and many other people gathered to watch his performance and many videoed him (including me).
